Fredrick M. Jones was born in Albany, Georgia on groundhog day of 1985. Ever since he was a little boy he watched music video's and always rapped other artists music. Sir Mix-A-Lot was a favorite in the early 90's because of his creative video's and word structure and Michael Jackson because he is Michael Jackson. When he was 2 years old he and his family moved to Atlanta for better employment opportunities for his parents. Atlanta had a big impact on him growing up as a young black man in Georgia. When he moved to Six Flags Drive it had made him understand the world a bit better. The hardships he had to undergo molded him into who he is today. Infamous C-4 also known as C-4 BEATS started rapping at the young and tender age of 14.
It all started in High School (Hiram High) that a junior student we all called “6'8” because that is how tall he was then. He claimed since he was from New Jersey that he could rap/spit bars and was undeniable. So i challenged him. Why you asked, I do not know. I guess because I was so competitive then and I loved a challenge even if I never spit a freestyle or wrote any music at this time. Stupid, I know. However, it has transcended me into a form I thought I would never see, an emcee not just a rapper. So we battled and I overwhelmingly lost but not due to him beating me. He actually started to rap some old “Biggie Smalls” lines that he thought no one knew. But I lost because I sucked. I never rapped anything but other artists lyrics off of their songs. Not biting like my friend “6'8”, no no no. I just like rapping people I thought was nice like Twista, Do or Die, Timberland & Magoo, Coolio, etc. After that embarrassment I started to rap on my own with the help of some friends that kind of knew what they were doing. At least better than me.
Ever since I started to rap on my own me and some friends wanted to form a group and we did called “The Artykles of Magnitism” named by my guy Lamar Parker (Philadelphia) aka one half of Conetiks. The other person in the group was named Will Jones (Chicago) aka Child Chambers (no relation). Last but not least, Me (Georgia). We were a raw spittin group and since we was so diverse (being from 3 different states & backgrounds) we knew we was destined to make it one day. we rapped vigorously for several years together crafting our styles as one and as a group focusing on word play, story telling, freestyling (or off the top of the dome), writing songs, learning to make beats, doing a few shows, etc. Everything you're supposed to do. Why didn't we make it you asked? Because poor leadership/management and not knowing how to make it. After years of trying to make it as a group, our group ended due to our lives changing and we moved on. But not all…
